I think I have most of it figured out but to be sure, I will ask the expert. Unceta = manufacturer y = and Compania = company S.A = incorporated????? How far off am I here?

It might indicate as well... Sociedad Anónima or Sociedad por Acciones = Company or Company Stock. But there is already the word company in the above inscription....
